React.js is considered as a top rank technology among the latest trending web development technologies. React.js is a Javascript library for developing user interfaces. React was implemented by Jordan Walke who is a software engineer of Facebook. Currently this technology is maintained by Facebook and a community of individual developers and companies throughout the world.

React is majorly used as a base in the development of single-page or mobile applications.


With React.js, developers are able to create reusable components, each with their own “state”. If one component has to be updated on the page, only that one part is modified by React without having to refresh the complete page.

In React there is a special model called ‘virtual DOM’ which is a representation of a user interface that is stored in the memory. It is constantly synchronized with the “real” DOM. It does not matter which browser that is used, the virtual DOM of React will always render faster since it executes in a more efficient way.


 Vast organizations, for example, Airbnb,Facebook and Netflix have been utilizing React.js for many years now, and we observe that the innovation is being grasped by an ever increasing number of companies. The enthusiasm for React among designers is enormous and that makes it an innovation that will just pick up popularity in the near future.



Some other popular web applications which are developed with React.js are Instagram, Whatsapp Web,New York Times, Yahoo Mail, Khan Academy, Codecademy, Dropbox.
